All returns must be made within 10 days of initial receipt of the item(s). Buyer must contact us at get@smittynbikinis.wpengine.com first with reason for return, after which an email with the appropriate return information, including our shipping address, will be sent. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
All returns must be in new condition and must maintain the original packaging and tags, including the bottom’s hygiene protector shield still in tact. Garments must not be worn or washed prior to return. Any of the above conditions not met will result in the decline of the requested refund.
Once inspection of the returned bikini has been completed at our warehouse, you will receive an email detailing whether a refund will be awarded. Refunds will be made through PayPal in the same form as the original payment was received.
